According to Ayurveda, Shirodhara oils have been used for thousands of years. Shirodhara means slow, steady flow of warm oil on the third eye.  It eases stress and promotes sound sleep. Our Vata Shiro includes vata pacifying herbs like ashwagandha and dashmool. 

Ingredients: ashwagandha, *bala, *dashmool, *tulsi, *brahmi, in unrefined extra virgin *sesame/*sunflower with pure pepprmint oil
