According to Ayurveda, Shiro Dhara oils have been used for thousands of years. Shiro Dhara means slow, steady flow of warm oil on the third eye.  It eases stress and promotes sound sleep. Our Kapha Shiro Oil is specially blended to pacify the kapha dosha, with punarnave, clove bud, and mint. ** 

Ingredients:  

*tulsi, *mint and *cinnamon,*punarnava, manjishta in unrefined extra virgin *sesame oil, and pure clove bud oil
