SUNSET PARK MASSAGE SUPPLIES WARRANTY DETAILS 

 All products that have a manufactures warranty will be covered under their manufactures warranties and rules. All products that do not have a manufactures warranty are purchased on an as-is basis. When making an approved return for non-warranty related issues, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price may be applied to all products. Customer’s original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Customer is responsible for non-warranty related return shipping charges. Rush fees, shipping charges, and custom option charges are not refundable. Non-warranty returns coming back to our retail store must be in our possession with 30 days of receiveing the item(s). Returns for orders over 30 days will not be processed. All Restocking fees & return policies WILL vary for items shipped directly from the manufacturer/drop-ship. You can contact us prior to ordering to see if any or all of your order is being dropshipped directly from the manufacturer or our supplier or to request a manufactures warranty on the producut(s). Dropship returns must be made back to the manufacture / supplier and within  their warranty period and  warranty rules.  Exceptions to this return policy include custom-ordered items (for which no returns are accepted). All Returns must be New and Unused (returns must be still in original packaging, and in saleable condition.) You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Sunset Park Massage Supplies prior to sending your return.

Regardless of reason, all returns MUST be processed through customer Service. Items returned without a RA# printed on the outside of the shipping box will not be accepted for return and will not be automatically returned to the customer. We will make every attempt possible to contact the customer and the return of the item(s) will be at the customers expense. If the customer has not made arrangements for the return of the un-approved return within 7 days, the product will be disposed of as we see fit.

Non-Returnable Items: For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like oils, lotions, personal care products, creams, books, videos, music, CDs, DVDs, brochures and software. Returns on washed linens, worn clothing, or used disposable garments will not be accepted. Special orders and custom built tables are non-returnable.

  1. Call 1-800-344-7677 and ask for Customer Care Representative. After speaking with a representative, you will be issued a RA#. YOU MUST RECEIVE a RA# before sending back a product.
  2. Include a note stating purchaser's name, address and order number and reason for return. Be sure to include RA#.
  3. Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail, UPS or FEDEX.

  5. Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise. Track your shipment & Contact us within 3 business days of the receipt of your shipment. 

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER 

 The warranty set forth is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Sunset Park Massage Supplies. There are no other warranties, representations or guarantees provided by Sunset Park Massage Supplies either expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantiability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty is valid with proof of purchase. 

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY-CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE DISCLAIMER

In no event shall Sunset Park Massage Supplies be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages or costs. Delays including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or income, loss of use, downtime, and employee or independent contractor wages, payments, and benefits are not covered under the terms of this warranty.

STORAGE AND DELAYED PICKUP/SHIPMENT POLICY

When a Customer requests a delay of shipment from the Planned Customer Requested Ship Date, or the Customer has not arranged for the Freight Forwarder to pick-up the product on the Planned Customer Requested Ship Date, Storage Fees will or may be incurred.

  • Courtesy Storage is extended during the first five business days of storage, after the planned ship date.
  • Following five business days, a Storage Fee of $50 per table, per partial/full week will apply.
  • Accumulated Storage Fees are the responsibility of the party placing the order with Sunset Park Massage Supplies and muct be paid in full to allow the release of the shipment. 

SHIPMENT POLICY

  • All products shipped from Sunset Park Massage Supplies or Drop Shipped from any of Sunset Massage Supplies's Suppliers become the property of the buyer when they ship from the place of origin. 
  • Upon receipt of your order, inspect your goods to ensure that they were received without damage and/or potential damage and shortages. Failure to do so constitutes conclusive proof that the products were received complete and without damage. If you discover damage or suspect potential damage, prior to signing, clearly note in the space provided on the Bill of Lading the nature of the damage. In lieu of accepting the item(s), you may also reject the shipment or item(s) in question. With the common availabilty of cell phone cameras, we recommend you video your item(s) being removed from the truck and take pictures of the packaging, if possible. In the event that damage is discovered, save all packaging materials for inspection. It is the responsibility of the recipient to immediately contact Sunset Park Massage Supplies and the shipping company to notify of any damages/shortages.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses associated with a customer refused delivery (excluding damage related refusals) including, but not limited to, storage, rescheduling and other associated miscellaneous charges. Any additional charges will be directly invoiced to the customer.
  • For shipments outside the USA, all and any Customs, Duties and / or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are not able to calculate or quote such possible fees. 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Order Cancellation

  • Beyond 24 hours from transmittal of order confirmation, customer may cancel product/order and will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Products/orders cancelled and rescheduled are subject to a revised ship date.

Custom Order Cancellation

  • Beyond 24 hours from transmittal of order confirmation, customer may cancel product/order and will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • If the order/product is not in production, Customer may cancel Custom order/product and will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  • If the Custom order/product is already in production, the order/product may not be cancelled and the Customer will be charged 100% of the order/product price.

RETURN POLICY

  • Our goal is your complete satisfaction with our products.813-835-7900 if you have questions regarding the return of your product.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging, in new condition, with an RGA number supplied by Sunset Park Massage Supplies's Customer Service. The customer is responsible for the correct re-packing of products when returned to ensure damage does not occur during shipment. All products approved for return must have a Sunset Park Massage Supplies Customer Service supplied RGA number within 15 days after original ship date from the place of origin where the shipment originated. Returns must be received by Sunset Park Massage Supplies or the place of origin where the shipment originated within 15 days from the issued date of the RGA number. 
  • When making an approved return for non-warranty related issues, a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be applied to all products. Customer’s original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Customer is responsible for non-warranty related return shipping charges. Rush fees, shipping charges, and custom option charges are not refundable.

 

    Acupuncture supplies   Caution: Federal law restricts acupuncture needles to sale by or on the order of qualified practitioners of acupuncture as determined by the states.   Other acupuncture supplies may require the following FDA statement:   Caution: Investigational device limited by US law to investigational use. Due to the restriction and limitation, we are not making any medical claims on the acupuncture needles, and relevant acupuncture supplies on our web site. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the use and distribution of those devices; and agrees to indemnify any consumer claims against Sunset Park Massage Supplies for the use of those devices.   Electro-Therapy Devices   Caution: Persons who have broken skins, burns or suffer from cancer, hypertension, cardiac disease,and patients who have electrical implants and wear cardiac pacemakers of any type may not use them. Pregnant women and unattended children are restricted from using them. Do not use over the insensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. Warning: Contact your own doctors or nearest hospital in case you have any discomfort or life-threatening emergency resulting from using the devices.   Herbal Remedies   Caution: The Chinese herbs are required to purchase from the licensed practitioners of acupuncture and herbalists. We do not sell them to end users. There are no claims of function and indication on the labels. Choose your Chinese herbs and dietary supplements cautiously. Caution: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
