PARTS Replacement BULB for UV Sterilizer Germicidal Cabinet T-209

This Bulb is a replacement for the Bulb in  a UV Sterilizer Cabinet - T209. It is approximately 13 " in length and is approximately 3/4 inch in diameter. I has two pins on each end.  Also, available is the Replacement Starter for UV Sterilizer Cabinet T-209 and the UV Sterilizer Cabinet T209 Mini.
