Reflexology - 14 CE Hours

Newly updated in August 2023! The 14 CE hour Reflexology home study course will introduce you to reflexology of the hands and feet. It will explain and define reflexology points and how they relate to the systems of the body. It includes the history of reflexology, anatomy of body systems, benefits and contraindications of reflexology, and how to perform basic reflexology techniques. Reflexology maps of the hands and feet are provided in easy to use visual guides. This course also includes 2 hours of online reflexology technique demonstrations.

This Course Will Present:

• The history and origins of modern reflexology
• Anatomy of each body system and corresponding reflex areas
• Descriptions of how to palpate the feet and hands to find reflex points
• How to perform basic reflexology techniques, such as thumb-walking
• How to work each individual reflex area
• Detailed reflexology charts
• 2 hours of online reflexology technique demonstrations
