This Bulb is a replacement for the Bulb in a UV Sterilizer Cabinet - T209 MINI. It is approximately 11.25 " Long (NOT including the pins on ends) "and is approximately 1/2 inch in diameter. I has two pins on each end.  Also, available is the Replacement Starter for UV Sterilizer Cabinet T-209 MINI and the UV Sterilizer Cabinet T209.
