Ergo Pro II - Individual Replacement Pads

DUE TO THE CHANGING DESIGNS OF THE ERGO PRO CHAIRS, WE NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT REPLACEMENT PADS FOR YOUR CHAIR MODEL. Some older models have some pads attached with velcro and some pads attached to wood. You will need to let us know how each pad is attached to your chair.  It will be necessary to send us the information about your chair pads and the model number(if possible). 

Please send an email to orders@massagesupplies.com with the following information and answers to all questions:

• which pads you would like to replace (seat, knee, arm rest, face rest, chest , sternum pad) 
• color you would like
• the chair serial number (usually under a pad or on the chairs underside) 
• chest pad - is it attached to wood or is it attached with velcro?
• knee pads- are they attached to wood or attached with velcro?
• seat pad - is it attached to wood or is it attached with velcro?
• arm rest pad - is it attached to wood or is it attached with velcro?

Once we have this information and have been able to determine the replacement parts you need, an email will be sent to you with your costs and a link to special order page that has been specifically created for your special order. You will be able to place the order from special order website page.
